Raccoon Valley Centre for the Arts was formed in 2015 by Jonathon & Karina Levy. It is dedicated to enhancing the Arts in communities of Iowa's Raccoon River Valley and the Greater Des Monies Metro-Area by providing educational, and experiential opportunities for everyone to appreciate, learn from, and become involved with All that is Art!
Raccoon Valley Centre for the Arts has offered Central Iowa an array of artistic ventures, from Fine Art exhibits at La Poste, in Perry, and at Hoyt Sherman Place in Des Moines. RVCA collaborated with DMARC providing Culinary Arts instructional recipes to its community food-pantry newsletters. Currently RVCA has an ongoing exhibit of aquatint prints, oil paintings, and sculptures at Forest Park Museum in Perry, IA.
We look forward to planning & presenting more Artistic events, programs, classes, & performances in the the Des Moines area.
